In addition to administering the Art in Public Places Program for the City of Jacksonville, the Cultural Council’s Public Art Department also offers a variety of public and private consulting and curation services. We champion the process from ideation to installation with the understanding that a variety of skills, personalities, regulations and interests contribute to the collective effort.
