Leon Kally is currently the President of the North Florida Market for Valley Bank. Based in Jacksonville, Leon is responsible for the strategic leadership of Valley Bank’s North Florida Commercial/Middle Market teams, helping grow the bank’s portfolio while managing banking activities across a region that includes: Metro Jacksonville, St. Augustine and surrounding areas: Daytona, Gainesville and Ocala.

Leon has 21 years of banking experience, including the last 18 years focused within Corporate/Commercial Banking. Prior to joining Valley Bank, he served as the Regional Vice President, SVP leading the Commercial, Business Banking and CRE Teams in Jacksonville and North Central Florida.

Leon is a current member of the Jacksonville Civic Council, Gator Bowl Chairman’s Club, Jacksonville Chamber, Leadership Jacksonville, Gainesville Chamber, Circle of Champions and Marion County’s Economic Development Council. He has previously served on the Great Ocala Development Corporation Board, North Florida Indian’s Association, Ocala Silver Springs Rotary Foundation, North Florida Medical Association and Toastmasters International. Leon graduated summa cum laude and #1 in his College of Management class with a degree in Finance from Long Island University-C.W. Post Campus in Brookville, N.Y. He also has completed various Executive Leadership programs including Harvard Business Publishing’s: Strategic Leadership course in 2022.

He lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida, with his wife Cherian and their two young daughters.
