Angelica Rosas

Angelica Rosas is the Director of Grants Administration at the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville, where she oversees the organizational mission by managing grant activities in support of the goals of the agency and cultural needs and aspirations of the community.

Angelica previously served as the Director of Community Impact at the Community Foundation of Broward. For the past ten years, she has managed the Community Foundation’s grantmaking framework with a focus on Arts & Culture and Education & Youth Enrichment areas. Angelica is dedicated to supporting nonprofits and actively contributes to her community through volunteering. She believes that nonprofits drive community change and is working to equip them with the tools needed to thrive and build a better community through her work at the Foundation.

Before joining the Foundation, she worked for 12 years in various capacities at United Community Options of South Florida and Children’s Home Society of Florida focusing on grant writing, fundraising, and special events. Angelica is a graduate of St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, FL, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing specialization.  She is also a graduate of the Women Leading Broward Class of XI, and completed the FIU Executive Education Dale Carnegie Management Leadership program.
